Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an invitation addressed to an indefinite circle of persons by Sole Proprietor Elena Nikolaevna Rusanova, OGRNIP 324508100019461 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), to place an Order and conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Terms and Definitions

- Offer — the Seller's public proposal addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude a distance retail purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with the Seller under the conditions contained in this Offer.

- Order — items selected by the Buyer from the assortment of Goods offered for sale on the Website.

- Goods — products or services sold by the - Seller on the Website.

- Website — elenarusanovalife.ru (and its international versions, if applicable).

- Buyer — an individual who has placed an Order on the Website.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By ordering Goods placed on the Website, the Buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

2.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Offer without prior notice to the Buyer.

2.3. The validity period of the Offer is unlimited.

2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods on the Website, including information on the main consumer properties of the Goods, the place of manufacture, as well as information on the warranty period and expiration date of the Goods.

3. Price of Goods

3.1. The price for each item of the Goods is indicated on the Website.

3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for any item of the Goods.

3.3. No changes to the price of the Goods already paid for by the Buyer shall be permitted.

3.4. The Seller specifies the shipping cost and terms of delivery of the Goods on the Website.

3.5. The Buyer's payment obligations for the Goods shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's bank account.

3.6. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made by the methods indicated on the Website.

4. Ordering Process

4.1. The Buyer places the Order for the Goods on the Website.

4.2. The name, quantity, assortment, SKU (article number), and price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are specified in the Buyer's shopping cart.

4.3. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.

4.4. The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

4.5. The distance retail purchase and sale agreement between the Seller and the Buyer shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Seller issues a cash receipt, sales receipt, or any other document confirming payment for the Goods to the Buyer.

5. Delivery and Handover of Goods to the Buyer

5.1. The Seller provides delivery services to the Buyer by one of the methods specified on the Website.

5.2. If the purchase and sale agreement is concluded with a condition of delivery to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the period established by the Agreement.

5.3. The Buyer specifies the delivery address when placing the Order.

5.4. The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer, or, in the Buyer's absence, to any person who presents a receipt or another document confirming the conclusion of the Agreement or the dispatch of delivery.

5.5. Information about the Goods is brought to the Buyer's attention in the technical documentation attached to the Goods, on labels, by marking, or by other methods accepted for specific types of goods.

5.6. Information on the mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Goods is presented in accordance with the procedure and methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation. This includes information on the number of the document confirming such conformity, its validity period, and the issuing organization.
